    Abraham (Avi) Sacajiu, CEO

Abraham (Avi) Sacajiu, CEO of Click Response, acquired the company in 2008. He has over fifteen years of applied and executive experience in Information Technology. Avi was the founder and CEO of Info-X, a provider of knowledge-based healthcare products and support systems. His technical skills keen market insights, and creative leadership led to Info-X being part of the Inc. 500, as well as being honored by Deloitte and Touche in the 500 “Fastest Growing Technology Companies in North America.” That year, Info-X was acquired by 3M. Avi then joined 3M to direct business strategy and ongoing product development at 3M Medical Necessity & Compliance Health (formerly Info-X), and oversaw IS/IT.

Prior to founding Info-X, Avi was Vice President of Software Development at HCIS, a healthcare information systems developer specializing in medical billing, coding and EDI. Avi holds an MA in Applied Mathematics from Hunter College, City University of New York, and a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Haifa, Israel.

    Deborah Lipp, Director of Communications & Content Development
Deborah Lipp, Director of Communications & Content Development, has been specializing in clear communication, both written and spoken, for almost all of her professional life. Her background includes over fifteen years as a technical writer, five of those years with Info-X and 3M Health Information Systems, where she developed her working relationship with Avi.

At ClickResponse, Deborah leads all Client Communication as well as content writing, and also maintains a strong working knowledge of the ever-changing world of SEO, reading, writing, and distributing information so that the entire ClickResponse staff is kept up-to-date on the latest news and research in the field.

At 3M HIS, Deborah created documentation for end-users, and then became the business unit’s Usability Advocate, for which she trained with the Nielsen Norman Group. She was involved in product scope, prototyping, and user interface design; writing end-to-end lifecycle documentation.

Deborah has also been editor-in-chief of a consumer newsletter, a writing department director, and a website manager. She is the published author of five books and innumerable freelance articles that have appeared in national magazines, almanacs, calendars, and special interest ‘zines. She is also a blogger, writing not only ClickResponse’s SEO blog but several personal blogs as well.

    Navid Dardashti, Operations Manager
Navid Dardashti, Operations Manager, oversees website development and SEO implementation, researches new resources, tools, and techniques, interfaces with technical staff and vendors, and generally puts his business skills to good use.

Navid is a recent business school graduate with a degree in operations management. His educational background and work history make him ideally suited to work in the cutting-edge areas of the Internet. His expertise in social media has already benefited ClickResponse clients.
