Your Responsibility

As our private label partner, you are responsible for making sure we can do our job. The reseller responsibilities include:

Obtaining from the client information about their business, goals, and customers in order to allow us to perform the best possible keyword research.
Obtaining approval for keywords and onsite content changes from the client in a timely manner.
Making approved changes on your client’s website, or providing us with the ability (FTP access and any other access needed) to make those changes.
Resolution of any development issues on the client site that prevent SEO work from being done, including URL redirect issues, content implementation issues, meta tag implementation issues, or any other technical issues that may arise as a result of structural design, development flaws, or hosting issues. Failure to resolve such issues can cause the SEO contract with that client to become void.

It is also the reseller’s responsibility to make sure that nothing that the client does independently will damage the client’s SEO.

Changes to client site URLs or navigation structure can damage SEO. The reseller will make sure that such changes are made only after consulting with ClickResponse on how best to preserve SEO.
The meta-tags and content created by ClickResponse are essential to our SEO work and must not be modified by the client or the reseller without consultation with ClickResponse.
A duplicate website, or a site with duplicate content, is damaging to SEO; the client should not have such a duplicate site.
If the client site goes offline for more than 24 hours, SEO damage can result.
If the client site is blacklisted for reasons independent of ClickResponse’s actions, SEO work cannot be performed.
A client must not be a “bad neighborhood” site.
