When a small business which respresents the majority of the business community in the U.S. goes looking for an SEO provider they will encounter two extremes, neither of which seems to be tailored to small businesses.
The first extreme is the “pay us $30 and we will submit your site to 5 million search engines”. Unfortunately to some this might sound like a good deal since it’s so cheap.
